Anticorruption Resource Center Library has been updated with new materials on the reform of the civil service in the Russian Federation. New materials were received from the Resource Center of the World Bank Donor Secretariat on Civil Service Reform in Russia. These materials include analytical articles, methodological handbooks, materials from conferences and symposia, and experience of other countries in the field of civil service reform.
